Susan Hays-Barr
Susan Hays-Barr is an authority in aligning talent with tactics. She has a diverse background including manufacturing, wholesaling, banking, export, small business and not-for-profit management. Her expertise focuses on the unique talents of the individuals and tactics beneficial to on-the-job performance improvement, cycle time reduction, business revitalization and restructure.
Sue has a BA in secondary education and French from the University of Wyoming. She is certified in the administration and interpretation of the DISC Index and the Values Index assessments, and she is a Certified Innermetrix Axiological Report Interpreter. In addition, she successfully uses the Malcolm Baldridge criteria to identify company quality and communications issues to increase profitability and to activate tactics to reduce cycle time. She is an affiliate of Resource Associates Corporation and a graduate of the RAC Coaching Academy through which she is a Certified Business Coach (CBC).
Sue has owned her own business since 1994. A native of Iowa, she has lived in Wyoming, Nebraska and South Dakota before settling in Moore County with husband Charlie.
